Welcome to Canvas by Romy Robinson. By accessing our website or engaging our event planning and design services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
Services
Canvas by Romy Robinson provides event planning, design, and consultation services as outlined in client proposals, contracts, or service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in your signed agreement with us.
Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure our services.

Payment schedules will be outlined in your contract. Timely payments are required to avoid disruption of services.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services.
Cancellations & Refunds

Our Refund Policy governs cancellations and refund requests. Please review it for details.
Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely responses needed for planning and execution.

You are responsible for securing venues, permits, and vendor agreements unless otherwise specified in writing.

You acknowledge that certain event outcomes (e.g., weather, third-party vendor performance, guest behavior) are outside our control.
Vendor Relationships

Canvas by Romy Robinson may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors. However, contracts with vendors remain between you and the vendor.

We are not liable for vendor performance, pricing, or refunds.
Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, proposals, and materials created by Canvas by Romy Robinson remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to use non-confidential photos and descriptions of events we plan (with client permission) for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvas by Romy Robinson shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for our services.
Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Canvas by Romy Robinson reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
