Refund Policy

At Canvas by Romy Robinson, we take great care in curating and delivering unforgettable events. Because our services require extensive planning, design, and coordination, this Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your event.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Cancellations by Client

Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any planning or design work has started, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
After Work Begins: Once planning, design, or coordination work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable due to the time, resources, and vendor commitments already allocated.
Within [X] Days of Event: Cancellations made within [e.g., 30 days] of the scheduled event are non-refundable in full.

Cancellations by Canvas by Romy Robinson

In the unlikely event that we must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made (excluding services already rendered or expenses paid to third-party vendors) will be issued.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their event within [e.g., 12 months] of the original date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if vendor or venue fees apply.
The original deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled event.

Force Majeure

Canvas by Romy Robinson is not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule your event or apply payments toward a future date, but refunds may not be issued.

Vendor Refunds

Any refunds for third-party vendor services (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) are subject to the vendor’s individual refund and cancellation policies. Canvas by Romy Robinson is not responsible for vendor-related refunds.
